Matthieu Fagnan, aka Matty French, has been immersed in music since the age of 7, starting with classical violin. After picking up guitar, he started writing and recording his own music, leading to the formation of his first band, pop folk duo The Malmo Boys (with Dallas Ballendine). After producing a few albums for the duo, Matty started working on The Storm, his debut solo album.
